4VAT and deposit
There is no VAT number in Your business, so the quote says Not VAT registered and no VAT is added. Registered for VAT? Add your number there.

Logo and colour
A photo or file of your logo. It is shrunk to a small size and kept in this browser.
Quote defaults
Enter a number of days from 1 to 365
Bank details and footer (optional)
Banks now check the name against the IBAN before paying (Verification of Payee). A different name shows your customer a warning.

To make a PDF, choose Save as PDF as the printer, then attach it to your email.
Invoice details
Irish VAT invoices must also show the VAT in euro. Use the ECB or your bank's rate for the invoice date.
