Who builds the Suite

Adrian Capraru

Director of AI & Business Automation · M.A. Whately

Adrian designed and built every part of the M.A. Whately Suite: the pages you use, the flows behind them, the database and the safeguards around your data. "Accountants can already see where a business loses its hours. My job is to give those hours back, with systems that are safe enough for a firm that signs off accounts."

Built end to end

One person accountable for every layer

The Suite was not assembled from someone else's templates. Adrian designed and wrote each layer below, so when a client asks where their data goes, there is one person who can answer for all of it.

Track record

Experience earned where mistakes are not allowed

Most of Adrian's career has been spent in regulated settings: licensed financial platforms, certified manufacturing and now a chartered certified accountancy practice.

  1. Director of AI & Business Automation · M.A. Whately & Co.

Designed and built the M.A. Whately Suite. Leads automation and AI integration for many of the firm's clients: automation reviews, accounting software, banking, CRM and email connected, and the human sign-off rules every AI system at the firm must follow before it is used with client data.

  2. Chief Operations Officer · HighCrowd

Took an EU crowdfunding platform through Romania's second licence under the EU crowdfunding regulation, granted by the national financial supervisor (ASF): penetration testing, compliance documentation and the platform's architecture presented to the regulator. Built investor onboarding with identity checks (KYC), bank linking and payment flows that meet EU anti-money-laundering and PSD2 payment rules.

    Licensed and supervised
  3. Founder · Innovium

Grew an EU-trademarked e-commerce brand to over 10,000 orders in 5 European markets, with order automation built in n8n: orders from several sales channels, shipping labels created automatically, invoicing connected to ANAF, Romania's tax authority, which already requires e-invoicing between businesses. Ireland's own e-invoicing timeline starts in November 2028.

  4. Founder · 3Descu

Built one of the largest 3D printing factories in Eastern Europe: over 200 printers on one floor, ISO 9001:2015 certified, more than 1,200 orders shipped to 450+ business clients in over 10 countries across the EU, the UK, Switzerland and Norway, rated 4.7 out of 5. Customers get an instant online quote in under a minute, checked by a person before production. Started with a €60,000 EU grant won with the highest score in its round.

    ISO 9001:2015 certified
  5. Product Manager, then Head of Community · EvoEstate and InRento

Product Manager at EvoEstate, Europe's largest real estate crowdfunding aggregator, with over €7 million funded by more than 6,800 investors. Then led the merger into InRento, a platform licensed by the Bank of Lithuania and named Investment Tech of the Year at the 2022 Europe FinTech Awards: a phased move of thousands of investors without interrupting their service.

Your data

How your information is handled

The rules Adrian built into the Suite, in plain terms. They apply to every business on it, M.A. Whately included.

Free tools stay on your device

  • Quotes, Payment Chaser, Cash Flow, the Compliance Calendar and Receipt Capture keep what you type in your own browser.
  • Receipts are read on your device. Nothing is uploaded unless you sign in to a business account.

Business accounts stay private

  • Each business is walled off at database level. M.A. Whately cannot open a client's requests or files unless that business adds the firm.
  • Sign-in is by invitation, with a one-time email link: there is no password to steal.

Kept only as long as needed

  • Completed requests are deleted automatically after the period the business chooses, from 3 months to 7 years.
  • Every action is logged, so you can see who did what and when.

A person signs off

  • AI can read a receipt or draft a newsletter. It does not file with Revenue or send anything to your customers on its own.
  • Nothing is filed or sent without your approval.

AI Integration & Business Automation

A new service from M.A. Whately, led by Adrian

On top of accounts, tax and audit, M.A. Whately now helps businesses connect their systems and automate the work that does not need a person. Your accountant already knows your numbers, so the automation starts from the right place.

What Adrian does for your business

  • Finds the hours. A review of how work really moves today: quoting, invoicing, chasing, bills, payroll inputs, reporting.
  • Connects your systems. Accounting software, bank feeds, CRM, online shop and email, so information is typed once.
  • Adds AI where it is safe. Reading documents, sorting, drafting replies, always with a person approving the result.
  • Hands it over properly. Documented, owned by your business, and your team shown how to run it.
  1. A first conversation

Tell Adrian which job eats the most time. You hear straight away whether automation is worth it.

  2. A written plan

What would change, the hours it saves, the cost, and the safeguards around your data.

  3. Build, test, hand over

Built and tested with your real data before anything goes live, then handed over with support.
