If the supplier emailed a PDF, use that. It reads almost perfectly, where a photo of a printout may need a tap or two.
The rate is suggested from the amounts. Irish rates are 23%, 13.5%, 9%, 4.8% and 0%, so confirm it against the invoice.
The CSV marks each line as reviewed or still to review, so nothing half-finished slips into your accounts.
